Terms of Service

-I am not responsible for refunds after once bought OR the tracking provided says "delivered". Unless: I myself am unable to provide the product, the order needs the be cancelled for any reason BEFORE I have shipped it out, or the shipping address needs to be changed on the buyers side BEFORE I have shipped it out. Contact me as soon as possible if there is going to be anything I need to know about your order so I can best help you.

-I will provide refunds for the following reasons: If the item is damaged or lost in shipping. I will need photo proof of item to determine damage before refunding, no exceptions. I look at tracking as well to see where the item was last at.

-ASK QUESTIONS OR READ THE DESCRIPTION TO GET THE BEST IDEA OF WHAT YOU ARE BUYING. I want to provide a great service and products to my buyers with little error, and this is how I ensure that. When buying, you agree that the description, pictures, and questions answered best describe the product listed that you are buying. If there are any discrepancies on the item it should be addressed with me before purchasing, after purchasing I will not offer a refund. My shop currently DOES NOT do returns as of right now as well and all sales are FINAL.

-Give USPS or any shipping service 2 weeks from the last scan date on the tracking before contacting me. Once contacted, I will then put in a lost item request in on our behalf and will keep in contact with you until we find an answer as to where the item is.

-I ship all my items with tracking with USPS that is why they're higher in price than those with free shipping at times. For the trading card singles all will come sleeved and top-loaded as well.

-I am not Amazon. I am a team of one person running the shop with a full time job working 40+ hours a week. So please, be patient with me.
